Payments
Here’s how we handle the money stuff:
- Invoices: We’ll send you an invoice for our services, which will include payment details and due dates. Simple and straightforward.
- Refunds: Because our services are custom and tailored just for you, we don’t offer refunds. But if something goes wrong, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Intellectual Property
Who owns what? Let’s clarify:
- Your Stuff: Anything you provide to us (like logos, text, or photos) remains yours. You’re just letting us use it to create something amazing.
- Our Stuff: Once we complete a project and you’ve paid for it, the final product is all yours. But the tools and processes we use to create it? Those stay with us. Plus, we keep a copy of any project artwork on file so we can resend it to you on demand moving forward. We try to operate as if we are an extension of your business offsite or virtual department down the hall.
Limitations of Liability
We’re here to help, but there are a few things we can’t be responsible for:
- Third-party issues (like delays from printing vendors or shipping mishaps).
- Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
- Please proofread PDF proofs carefully. Pure Marketing Inc. cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions found after the proof approval process is complete.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to using our services.
(Translation: If your cat accidentally deletes the file we sent you, we’re not liable.)
